Return & Refund Policy of Lubricant Supplies

If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of an unused product within 14 days. Once we receive the returned item, Lubricant Supplies will then give a full refund.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.

Discounted items are not eligible for a return.

Lubricant Supplies will not issue refunds for products purchased through its branch network.

Returned items must be delivered back to us unopened, unused, with an unbroken seal, not damaged, and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the return shipment, therefore we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. This return shipping cost is to be paid by you and not Lubricant Supplies.

Returned products that don't meet the aforementioned criteria, will not qualify for a refund and will be disposed of correctly.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of the received return delivery.

We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.

All orders are subject to a refund regardless of country.

PLEASE NOTE: After contacting us, we will provide customers with the return address information. Customers are then responsible for properly packaging the returned items.
