MPR 200 is a specially formulated mould release agents which contains no solvents. The product is a blends of silicones, emulsifiers and water.

These emulsions are ideal for the release of rubber and plastic mouldings, especially where the use of a solvent based product is not desirable. They are effective release agents for use in concrete/stone moulding processes and can also be used as general purpose anti-stick agents to reduce friction and sticking. E.g. in rubber & pvc profile extrusion and to aid the flow of foam blocks across cutting tables.
