The Bolle Prescription all in one pack includes a prescription form, prepaid voucher and dispensing fees, and gives the individual access to any of the standard Bolle frames and single vision or varifocal lens for one simple cost. The individual simply needs to purchase a pack take it in to their local optician who will complete the form and send onto Bolle. The optician will then notify the individual once they are ready for collection.
